Fulfilment of the Information Obligation Towards the Owners of Personal Data Processed by Droma - Sunshade Experts Sp. z o.o., 41-807 Zabrze, Karola Goduli 4
This document has been prepared in order to comply with the information obligation under Article 13 of Regulation (EU) of the European Parliament and of the Council No 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data, and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (OJ EU L119 of 4 May 2016).
§ 1. Administrator of Personal Data
In accordance with the requirements of Article 13 of the GDPR (Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC), Droma - Sunshade Experts Sp. z o.o. informs that it processes personal data and is their Administrator pursuant to Article 6(1) of the GDPR. Individuals whose personal data is processed by Droma - Sunshade Experts Sp. z o.o. have the right to access their data and request its correction, supplementation, rectification, transfer, erasure or restriction of processing. They also have the right to object to its processing. This right can be exercised at the registered office of Droma - Sunshade Experts Sp. z o.o.

§ 2. Personal Data
Personal data refers to information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person (Data Subject). An identifiable natural person is one who can be identified, either directly or indirectly, by reference to an identifier such as a name, an identification number, location data, an online identifier, or to one or more factors specific to the physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural or social identity of that natural person.
§ 3. Data Processing Rights
Every Data Subject has the right to request access to their personal data from Droma - Sunshade Experts Sp. z o.o., as well as the right to request the rectification, erasure, portability or restriction of processing of such data. Data Subjects also have the right to object to the processing of their personal data. The personal data processed is determined by applicable law and is processed on the basis of Article 6(1) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 concerning the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data, and which repeals Directive 95/46/EC.
In accordance with the provisions of the Personal Data Protection Act, Droma – Sunshade Experts Sp. z o.o. also informs of the right to submit a complaint to the Supervisory Authority, should it be found that such data is being processed in breach of applicable national and European law. The Supervisory Authority is the Office for Personal Data Protection, located at 2 Stawki Street in Warsaw.
§ 4. Data Processing Scope
In compliance with our duty to inform data subjects whom we contact electronically, we wish to inform that your email address or telephone number is processed by our company for communication purposes, pursuant to Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR. Scope of data processed: email address, telephone number, name, address, first name and surname, content of the information in the case of:
a). Potential Business Partners:
This data has been collected based on your voluntary consent, which you can withdraw at any time. Failure to give consent, or withdrawal of consent, will result in us being unable to contact you or prepare marketing offers for you. If you agree to receive the newsletter, the Administrator will also process information regarding which of our product brands you have selected.
b). Business Partners:
Your personal data is processed by our company for purposes related to business cooperation, or the supply/purchase of goods and services, and is processed within the scope of the concluded sales contract or other commercial agreement, on the basis of Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR. In relation to the fulfilment of obligations arising from legal provisions (tax, accounting, and claim enforcement purposes), data is processed on the basis of Article 6(1)(c) of the GDPR, and in relation to debt collection and legal services, data is processed on the basis of Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR. Providing data for the purposes of cooperation is necessary for completing a purchase or service and issuing an invoice. Failure to provide such data will prevent the relevant transaction from being completed.
c). Employees:
Your personal data is processed by our company for employment-related purposes within the scope of your employment contract and any supplementary agreements, pursuant to Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR. Data is processed on the basis of Article 6(1)(c) in relation to the fulfilment of obligations arising from legal provisions (tax, accounting, pension provision, health and safety, training, working time records and social security purposes).
Providing data for employment purposes is a statutory requirement and failure to do so will prevent employment.
§ 5. Source of Personal Data
Personal data has been obtained from various sources, namely:
directly from Data Subject, which we regard as consent given by performing a specific action or by signing a consent form for electronic contact on public websites (categories: general data, email address, telephone number, first name or full name, address).
§ 6. Duration of Personal Data Processing
The data will be processed until we receive an objection to its processing or a request for its erasure, unless Droma - Sunshade Experts Sp. z o.o. is required by law to continue processing this data, or its processing is necessary for other legally permissible reasons.
§ 7. Disclosure of Data to Third Parties
The recipients of your personal data are specified in the relevant legislation and include companies that maintain IT systems.
This data will not be disclosed to anyone without the consent of the Data Subject, unless disclosure is required to deal with a matter in the legitimate interests of the Administrator, e.g., in relation to the technical handling of correspondence, the data will be disclosed to Poczta Polska, couriers, suppliers, hosting service providers, telecommunications operators, and companies operating IT systems.
